Our Final Assembly

As the new year begins it is a great time to reflect on 2015.  Our final assembly, on the last day of the 2015 school year was a special event that showed the support we have from our community and the excellent effort and attitude our learners have displayed throughout the year.

This event was an opportunity to acknowledge learners that had consistently displayed the dispositions of our Silverdale Normal Learner- a vision created by our community.  It was wonderful to see the wide range of boys and girls being recognised.

It was also fitting to farewell an amazing group of Year Six Learners that have contributed so much to our school in 2015.  Their contributions setting an example for other students and leading a wide range of activities demonstrated our school vision in action 'Making a Positive Difference'.

It was fantastic to have such a large number of parents and whanau at the event showing their support and passion for the school!
